Screen dimensions go off after a while on Mandrake 10.0 Toshiba Satellite

Whenever the screen on my laptop goes off and I press a button to get it back up again the screen dimensions are weird, it's like the screen is stretched but I'm only seeing a part of it.

Pressing Ctr-Alt-F1 and then Alt-F7 fixes it but I'd like to not have to do that.

Hardware: Toshiba Satellite Pro M15-S405
Intel Centrino 1.6
60 GB hardDrive
NVIDIA GeForce4 420 32 MB

Software:
Mandrake 10.0 Community.
Kernel 2.6.3
nvidia driver installed correctly. (I see NVidia splash page when starting X)

What options have you set for your driver? ( in the XF86Config-4 file )

Anyhow this is my XF86Config-4 file in entirety, hope it helps
