Redhat 9.0 or Mandrake 10.0 Community

I have installed Redhat 9.0 on my computer but it runs really slow and after i have installed a newer kernel i had problems with the drivers and i still have. Before that everything went well except a sound problem. Should i take Mandrake 10.0 Community?

I think a fair comparison would be between Fedora (Core 2?) and Mandrake 10.0

I think Mandrake 10.0 reviews should be coming down the pipe (if not already) within a week. Might want to wait till then.

Now you must remember, everyone, that Mandrake 10.0 Community is a nice way to say its still in beta. The true release will come in May, so expect reviews that are actually worth looking at to come at that time. Although 10.0 hasn't given me too much trouble, it's still not a good idea to leave to it just yet for regular use. Wait for May, and most of the bugs that there are now should be fixed.
