Progams links gone after KDE update (SOLVED)
I installed 9.2 a couple days ago and ran the updates today. After updating KDE the links in the program menu (panel) were gone. I just have 'logout', 'lock screen', 'recent docs' and where the programs would be is just 'no entries'. How do I fix this?

Go to your Mandrake Control Center...System...MenuDrake
Beside System Menu...Click Configure. Then Choose Menu Style. Choose All Applications...click ok...Then Save. That should look better. nasty little bug in 9.2. Personally, I went back to 9.1 because of things constantly disappearing from my menu. |
Th would be fine if ALL the links weren't missing.

u can also try the konsole command
$ update-menus -v |
Or you can get into the Mandrake control Center by hitting Alt+F2 then typing drakconf.

Thanks Grape and Timid, it worked.
