Problems installing Mandriva LE2005

I am trying to install Mandriva 10.2 LE2005 with the DVD I got from one of the public mirrors. Upon boot-up, the screen hangs at the "Trying to access a CDROM disc" screen and then "Disabling IRQ 18". I have installed previous versions of Mandrake before with this DVD-ROM but 10.2 doesn't seem to read properly. How can I get the system to read the disc?
