Question My Internet and Network are Down (eth0, eth1)

After I installed many programs and update the system by Synaptics:
My both Internet and network cards are down (eth0, eth1)
Even wireless, I tried ifup and ifconfig but no devices except lo (127.0.0.1)
Network still unreachable.

My eathernet card module is: 8139too.

And USB mouse is also is not work, MCC and all drake* commands are not working also !

I think apt-get maybe it removed some packages.

I think the problem maybe from updating the kernel, because most kernel modules wasn't loaded.
