mounting cd-rw/dvd error

I've downloaded iso's and writes yhem in winXP on disck. Now I trying to install from disk mandrake 10.0 and I have some errors:

.....
<4> hdd: cdrom_decode_status: status=0x51 { DriveReady SeekCompleteError }
<4> hdd: cdrom_decode_status: error: 0xb4AbortedCommand LastFailedSense 0x0b
<4> end_request: I/O error, dev hdd, sector 64
<4> isofs_fill_super: bread failed, dev=hdd, iso_blknum=16, block=16
.....

What to do? I've red, that LG cdroms has thaht problems, but on support LG page I red, that only cd-roms, not cd-rw or cd-rw/dvd...
So, I do not know, what to do.. no where I found solution.

Well, here are a few things:

1) Is the install disc a dvd? And if it is, is you cd-rom capable of reading dvds?

2) I read somewhere (I think www.linuxiso.org) that sometimes there are boot problems with disc 1 of the Mandrake 10 distro and that it's better to boot from disc 2 then install from disc 1.

3) Where exactly are you getting these error messages? Maybe more information will help someone diagnose the problem.

Heh. man... Look:

1) Install disk is CD. My CD-RW/DVD reads CD's, DVD's and writes CD's

2) There is no problem adout booting from first CD in mandrake 10, because It's not a bootable CD I know, tah the second CD is boot CD.

3)I'am booting OK, but when I'am choosing install media CD-ROm - It try's to mount CD (ALT+3 - normal log, ALT+4 - kernel log). So in normal log it show this string:

.....
* mountaing CD... bla-bla-bla
* mount failed
.....

and this show's in kernel log:

.....
<4> hdd: cdrom_decode_status: status=0x51 { DriveReady SeekCompleteError }
<4> hdd: cdrom_decode_status: error: 0xb4AbortedCommand LastFailedSense 0x0b
<4> end_request: I/O error, dev hdd, sector 64
<4> isofs_fill_super: bread failed, dev=hdd, iso_blknum=16, block=16
.....

So it's a kernl, as I think,problem about working with DVD-roms... I red meny post's about this problem, but I've not found any solution...
Any body knows, what's up with this linux?
