I've been looking who to mnt my memory stick reader... finally I have monted it as sda1. the thing now is that it mounts as a read - only - drive... how can I make my memory stik writable?
P.S. I'm a non-afraid-to-the-commandline newbie? !lol!
Check out /etc/fstab and see if there is indeed an entry in there for the device. If there is, then you simply need to adjust the options line to allow read-write access to the device. FYI:
For me, the device reads the filesystem as a Fat32 filesystem. I added the options umask=000,rw,users to the options section for my device, and it works great.
