I'm using the graphic login and am having trouble with the icons. I can go into the login manager and change the icon in the user section but when I lockout the login screen still shows the old icons. I tryed making a new icon and put it in /usr/share/mdk/faces/ directory. It shows up in the login manager and I can select it but the old icon still shows up on the log screen. If I go back into the login manager it shows the new icon. It seems like the login manager knows what's going on but the login screen isn't talking to the login manager. Anybody have any ideas how to fix this?

Hi,
Not sure how to help. 2006 icons are disabled by default.
I had to rename the faces extension and edit some config files
(cannot remember where I found the instructions). I do not know if this
what you need to do.
you could have used an ever so slightly longer title
Have asked your thread to be moved to mandriva for better exposure

I tried your suggestion. Everything worked except that no images showed when I changed .png to .face, I changed them back to .png and it worked fine. Thanks for the help.
