Be sure to include the single quotation marks. The '-C -' option allows you to continue the download if it is interrupted (for example, in case you lose the connection). The '-O' (the letter 'O', not a zero) option will save the file with same name as on the server."
This command works with Suse 10.2 but but not with Mandriva 2007.1.
I do not think that Mandriva 2007.1 sopports resume download,because
wget -c also did not work.But works with Suse 10.2. Well, I actually want to buy cheap Linux distro rather than pay more money to my ISP to increase download speed but I am not able to find that kind of store in Japan.
What are you trying to download? Are you downloading specific files, or are you using wget with another program (e.g.: urpmi)? If you provide more complete information, you may receive more productive responses ...
