Mandrake Community10.1 rpms not installing

I am using mandrake community10.1 and I am unable to use rpmdrake effectively. It's says its downloading the packages but it does it in about 2 seconds making me think it didn't get them at all. Then I get a bad signature message (probably because it is not there). Also I can't get the updates medium to work, it tells me there is an "error retrieving packages"
I believe my rpm database is corrupt I think....Maybe...?
I have used a variety of urpmi set ups and it still don't work. I'm not sure what information is needed to trouble shoot this problem please advise.
Thanks.

You may need to update your urpmi sources and then retry to install. Do as root, "urpmi.updatemedia -a". By the way, you may need to change your urpmi repositories from 10.1 community to 10.1 official because when official is released community stops getting any form of update/upgrade.

Hi reddazz
I have been working on this and removed the media before however I will do it again and change to an official repositories. I am using easy urpmi and a mirror in wisconson that has worked for me many times before.
Here are my results:
Code:

urpmi.addmedia --update updates ftp://mirror.cs.wisc.edu/pub/mirrors.../main_updates/ with media_info/hdlist.cz
added medium updates
examining synthesis file [/var/lib/urpmi/synthesis.hdlist.contrib.cz]
examining synthesis file [/var/lib/urpmi/synthesis.hdlist.main.cz]
retrieving source hdlist (or synthesis) of "updates"...
    ftp://mirror.cs.wisc.edu/pub/mirrors...info/hdlist.cz
found probed hdlist (or synthesis) as media_info/hdlist.cz
...retrieving done
examining hdlist file [/var/cache/urpmi/partial/hdlist.updates.cz]
writing list file for medium "updates"
examining pubkey file of "updates"...
...imported key 22458a98 from pubkey file of "updates"
performing second pass to compute dependencies

examining hdlist file [/var/lib/urpmi/hdlist.contrib.cz]
built hdlist synthesis file for medium "contrib"
examining hdlist file [/var/lib/urpmi/hdlist.main.cz]
built hdlist synthesis file for medium "main"
examining hdlist file [/var/lib/urpmi/hdlist.updates.cz]
built hdlist synthesis file for medium "updates"
found 0 headers in cache
removing 0 obsolete headers in cache
write config file [/etc/urpmi/urpmi.cfg]

I will try a different mirror and put the results in my next post.
Thanks

Ok, I know where my problem was, I needed to clean out my cashe for urpmi. I had somehow gotten a few files with bad signatures and other problems that I don't know about. Anyways I cleaned out /var/cache/urpmi/rpms and life is good again.
I did switch mirrors to the secsup.org mirror and that also seem to be of some help.
Thanks much
