Hi All,
I have loaded Mandrake 9.2 Gnome 2.4 ( Rc2 Torrent ) on my box , it is alot faster than 9.1 but is not very stable . My question is should i try updating or wait for 9.2 ( Discovery) to be released ?

Hi,
Don't know where you are located but if you are in the UK then Mandrake 9.2 will be on the coverdisc of the December edition of Linux Format due out on 30th October

Well since it is three disks to download, how does it work with the CD edition, do you get
3 disks, or have you to get the dvd version?
I would like to know if this edition includes the cardctl and pcmcia programs that stop
my notebook using the wireless card at the moment. (I am using the wireless through the usb at the moment.

Hi,
I usually get the DVD edition but it will come with enough CD's to hold the release, not much use otherwise.
No idea what else will be on it. I just saw the trailer in this months Linux Format
