Mandrake 9.1 -> installing nvidia nforce2 & detonator drivers

Hi everyone,

Can someone give me some links where to find docs/howtos/guides aout how to install nvidia nForce2 and detonator drivers for Mandrake 9.1?
I'll offer a virtual beer to those hwo can give me some tips doing that for my hardware!

Head over to NVidia's website and download the Linux drivers.

You then need to edit your inittab so that X is closed.

Run the file you have downloaded and it will connect to the internet to pull down other files needed.

The instructions are on the NVidia website and many others have posted instructions on this forum.

I think that they are a little outdated but generally will help for the detonator version

I still haven't found nothing concrete for nForce2 with some tips for my MB. does anyone of you knows something more than generalities?
