Mandrake 10.1 Official and WLAN (2200BG) nothing works !

Possibilities to use the chipset
1. Driver IPW2200 from Intel
2. ndiswrapper

1) shipped with 10.1 and correct insertet in modprobe.conf

However, no matter what the configuration looks like, iwconfig says always:

so: Nothing works!

2.) Installed (oldvVersion 0.8), driver from Intel (INF file) directed to ndiswrapper (works), but usage not possible. The Computer knows nothing about ndiswrapper and eth0.

New DRIVERS

1) New Version 0.18 downloaded and unzipped. Calling "make" results in Compilation error...

2) New ndiswrapper dowloaded compiled. modprobe - computer freezes...

What could I try next ? This is important.
