Mandrake 10.1 Not Working

I installed the move version and was OK, but when I installed the 10.1 (3CD) version after reboting I got black screen and no message. Also the failsafe stop and does not boot.

What do you mean by black screen? Is there a prompt or is it just blank?

the screen is black and the system is frozen.....I tried to install twice and I got the same problem!
