Mageia 2 install won't recognize my wireless network
 

I have just installed Mageia 2 and succeeded actually the first time except that it does not seem to know my network is there .

I am running a wifi hotspot from a droid x verizon phone.
Ubuntu recognizes that for the install but ubuntu 12.04 does not finish installing ... I have tried getting help with that but it seems that is not going to work.

So, can anyone tell me how to get Mageia 2 to see and configure my network ?
