Not sure what happened to your sound? May have to try to configure that. What sound card/chipset?
MDK has a bunch of games. I don't know why it doesn't install them, but seems to skip some - and sometimes the menu doesn't have them all even when they are installed... There must be 30-40 on my mdk box, plus the things I've installed separately...
But you need disk 4 for some games, like bzflag...
