You can download it here : Mandrake Kernel Source (This is a 35.4MB file)
Download it and try to do what I say before

EDIT Don't know if the link to an ftp server works so if not just copy the link in a new window !

When you will have download it, do what I've said before, but after logging in Mandrake as root do ' mv /mnt/<your windows partition name>/kernel-source-2.4.21-0.13mdk.rpm /root ' then ' cd /root ' and ' urpmi ./kernel-source-2.4.21-0.13mdk.rpm '

It's LN not IN so type ln -sf
And I forgot something, it's ' ln -sf /usr/src/linux-2.4.21 /usr/src/linux '.

Then when you are logged in as a user in your default desktop (KDE probably)

1/ open a 'konsole'
2/ type ' su ' and enter your root password
3/ type ' kate /etc/X11/XF86Config-4 & '
4/ Under the Device section change the line ' Driver "xxxxx" ' with ' Driver "fglrx" '

Can you try to edit this file with vi (for example) and replace what I've said before ' Driver "radeon" ' with 'Driver "fglrx" '

1/ Type ' vi /etc/X11/XF86Config-4 ' as root (so use su if you are logged as a normal user)
2/ Go to the specific line to be changed
3/ Press the [INSERT]
4/ Replace the line
5/ Press the [ESC] key and ' :wq '
6/ Exit from root, and type ' startx ' as a normal user, if it doesn't work try to reboot
