You don't do it through the installer, you have to run Menudrake as root and add an entry for LimeWire in a suitable submenu for you. You also need to look for a good limewire icon on google to add to your limewire menu entry. Make sure you save any icons in /usr/share/icons.
I would just like to say that I also was having problems with Limewire, but after following your instructions it worked. The main thing I missed was that I had to logout and log back in. So, thanks!
