keyboard repeat rate

How can I slow down the keyboard repeat rate? I went to Hardware-->Keyboard in the control center, but the only setting was for what country my keyboard was from. (It is a Dell model RT7020. Nothing unusual.)

Go to system/configuration/KDE/peripherals/keyboard. If your running KDE that is.
