Kernel panics no usb mouse mandrake 10
Just a quick question ,
I tried installing mandrake 10 bought version only to have kernel panic fatel exception interrupt handler not syn etc etc.. tracked this down to the onboard lan after disabling this in bios I managed to boot only to find the usb mouse hangs after a short time. Tried differant set of disks same problem. Works with ps2 mouse . The question is have mandrake addressed these issues or is 10.1 more of the same.. system specks Gigabyte GA-7N400 Pro2 Creative 5.1 FX 5700 nvidia usb mouse most times so far I have tried successfully with lan enabled Mepis 200-4,Yoper 2.1,Ubuntu,Slackware 10, Slackware Current with 2,6.9 kernel compiled Thank in advance. |

Thanks for your reply good to hear it,s all go for you . Unfortunately 10.1 is more of the same on mine probably something to do with the kernel setup as most other distro,s work well, for now I'll stick with Slackware current and Mepis as these two distro,s are humming along on mine.
