KDE cannot display Chinese correctly

Hi,

I am using Mandrake 10.1 official Download. In "Configurate your Desktop"->"Accessbility"->"Country -Region &Language", if I selected China or Hong Kong as my locale, Simplified or Traditional Chinese will be added and made as default language. However, some of the Chinese characters on screen are displayed as blocks!!!

Also, Konqueror can never display Chinese file names no matter how I change the font encoding. Please help. Any help is appreciated.
