Hello, I have had problems FOREVER with my Cox internet/Surfboard Sb4200 and now it starts working! I know alot of people cant get this setup to work to my 2 suggestions are Dont mess with internet config. and use the ETHERNET cable because USB sucks. If your ethernet cable won't work in windows then reformat or something =/ but it will fix everything.
