Hi all,

I am a java programming and web sites desighner.

So, Is there a programming envirunment for Java and Webs in the Mandrake distribution? :study:

Yes there is :) its name is Kdevelop 3.0 and you can use it for alot of things including Java and for Webdesign you can use Quanta Plus..

Im a programmer and web designer myself. I love to develop in Linux.

I use jEdit most of the time. I dont use GUI building apps too much for stuff like Java, but you might want to check out something like NetBeans or Eclipse if your looking for that.

Kdevelope and Quanta should both be on your install CD set. Jusst run Install Software in the GUI, or urpmi in a console
