is a powerpack subscription only good for one version?

I bought the powerpack for Mandriva 2010.0. Now with 2010.1 out, I tried to download the powerpack of it with the password for my 2010, but it didn't work. Then I tried to do a password recovery, and it says my email address is not associated with a Mandriva account. I know its the correct email address because my username is basically my email address. I only bought the 2010 like two months before I tried to get 2010.1. Do I have to buy it again for 2010.1? I thought one purchase was good for like 12 months or something.

Powerpack subscription is for 12 months. Are you certain that you bought a subscription and not a single release download?

Not if you do not need the support or "restricted" applications. Just remove the 2010.0 media and add the 2010.1 media using urpmi. You can get that done from Zarb.org ( http://easyurpmi.zarb.org/ ) or do it manually.

I can't remember which. I thought it was the subscription though. I paid something like 30 dollars, is that the price of the sub or the single?

35 is the discounted 2010.0 price. The 2010.1 is $59(USD,download). The 1 year subscriptions, good for two versions, are 79USD(download). ...# 2 years +$47 and 3 years add $ 98. ...
