I went and saw several of the IRQ but it states that changing them could cause a system malfunctions. Is this truth or a lie?? And is that how i fix it or is it more into windows. And when i boot into windows i get a msg that says

Message from localhost and the date and says localhost last message repeated ?? so many times and it just continues to do that with different numbers.....
