Installing the Dell Printer again

I just upgraded to 2007 from 10.1 and cannot get my Dell 720 (Lexmark z6XX) to work. I ran through the installation (-nodeps) and can choose the z600 driver from the list.

But, the printer config says "ERROR" (though it does not allow me to get more info from there).

Any thoughts or advice on being able to run my printer through some tests to find out what's the problem?

Check out http://www.linuxprinting.org/cups-doc.html to see if any install docs are there to go through to check everything.
