Installing new theme in KDE 3.4

I'm new to linux and KDE 3.4. I'm trying to install a new theme that i downloaded from the internet. I tried using a theme manager to install but it's not seeing the file. Can't find the file. Theme that i'm trying to install is called "Acqua". For some reason i'm not allowed to post a URL on this site until i have 5 posts. But it's located under KDE-Look.org

Did you extract the file?

The File can be installed in the KDE Control Center, Appearance and Themes, and then depending on what kinda theme it is, it goes into that section.

Now, assuming that the theme you downloaded works fine, it should be in the .tgz/.tar.gz format originally. You can just drag and drop, and it should work fine.

I did extract the file to a /home/john/Documents.

How to i copy and paste files from my directory /home/john/Documents to KDE Control Center, Appearance and Themes?
