Install GD tools , How to a acticvate in PHP??

Hello all,

I installed Mandrive 2007 (via gui, I'm not a commande line diehard yet)
including the standard PHP, MySQL and Apache binairies.

Now i want't to use an applicatio (PHP) that creates a gallary function in the browser called 'gallery' (see http://gallery.menalto.com/)

Installation went OK and is completed for 99.9%. It just requires GD tools to be installed, which i did via control centre software managment but that's not enough how it seems. I needs to be activated within PHP.

How do I do this.

As a result of a tip on a Dutch PHP forum I looked to something different in my mandrake control centre...

I searched time after time to 'GD', one of the guys spoke about 'PHP-GD'. Well when I search for that binairie my problem was quickly fixed.
Install > restart HTTPD > SUCCES!!!

What do we learn from this: The search function is quick specific!
