In Java programs: NO the accent chars `'|^"~
In Java programs, the accent chars `'|^"~ does not work since installing the 2010 Power pack (amongst others JEdit and Netbeans).
I have a strait forward new Powerpack 2010 installation. English language, but danish region and danish keyboard layout. The accent chars does work in non-java programs. I've tried downloading a JRE directly from Sun, same result. Keyborad section of the xorg.conf: Section "InputDevice" # generated from data in "/etc/sysconfig/keyboard" Identifier "Keyboard0" Driver "kbd" Option "XkbLayout" "dk" Option "XkbModel" "pc105" EndSection |
Hi, if you have installed JEdit and Netbeans from source you may need to re-compile them with the new kernel and glibc!
