How to create bootable install CDs

I am planning to download Mandriva LE 2005 from a package tree:
http://mirror.mcs.anl.gov/mandrake/

How can I create bootable CDs (containing the whole tree that I just downloaded) just like CDs that I create from downloaded ISOs.

Thanks,
