How do I Upgrade Mandriva 2006 to 2007?

I tested out the Mandriva 2007 Live One CD it seems cool especially because of the 3d desktop effects.

I would like to upgade my mandriva 2006 3cd free version to the new Mandriva 2007 RC2 Live One cd version.

How do I do that with out losing any data? I want to keep all the programs that I have still installed after upgrading to Mandriva 2007.

It would be really annoying if I have to install all the programs again on my computer.

Im kind of new so I may need some detailed instructions.

Thanks.

The easiest is that you wait until the 2007 CDs will be realeased download or buy them and upgrade your current system.
Alternatively you can upgrade from an ftp server but AFAIK that requires using the command line.
