find the flash for linux plugin from

http://www.adobe.com/shockwave/downl...ShockwaveFlash

open konsole
open the directory you downloaded it to

/home/*username*/tar -vxf downloadedfile.tar.gz
then navigate to the newly created directory and type

su root

enter root password
make sure firefox isn't running

then type

sh flash-installer

and your done

What does Firefox's page say when you type in " aboutlugins " in Firefox's address bar ? On a clean install of Mandriva 2007 PowerPack the Flash plugins (32bit) were already loaded and working for my Firefox 1.5.xx. 64 bit apps should read and use the 32 bit pieces if no 64 bit pieces are found.
