Arrow help on service booting

mandrake 10.0
my computer boots well.
if internet connection is okay the system boots quickly.
when there is no internet connection it takes long time for loading eth0.
how to skip the network service when they waiting for long time.
is there any keyboard control for that?
because they took long time to start if no connection.
thanks.

Try "ctrl" and "c" keys together.

sorry sir ican not skip using ctrl+c short cut.
