FTP Server Up and running... how do I hide ftp users from local login screen?

Hi all, I just got ProFTPD running.

After I created a few user accounts for my ftp server, I was surprised to see them show up on my main login screen (the graphical login screen which appears when you start mandrake).

Is there a way to hide them from that screen?

You can do this from the KDE control center.

go into a shell.
type in su then root passwd
type in "kcmshell kdm" but without the quotes
setect the user tab
Depending on rev of kde the option box will be slightly different
It this box that lets you turn on/off log in users.
