I have installed Mandriva LE2005 on my laptop successfully. I have 2 printers a Dell Laser 1700 which seems to work fine using the raw driver. My problem is with an Epson Stylus Photo RX425 All-in-One. I have got it printing using the RX500 driver which came with Mandriva but cannot get the scanner recognised. I can't find a Linux driver for this specific model.
I've been using Mandriva LE2005 with an Epson Stylus Photo RX510. The scanner runs fine. I use it for normal scanning and for transperancies. The problem I have is that the printer doesn't eject the last page of a print run. I'm afraid I don't know enough to provide technical help, but I thought it might help to know that someone with LE2005 and a similar printer can get it going.
