Create install CDs from DVD

I have the cover Mandriva 10.2 DVD from the June 2005 Linux Magazine http://www.linux-magazine.com/issue/55 A friend has asked me if I can give him the distro on CDs as he does not have a DVD drive.

Is it possible to convert the contents of the DVD into the usual CD-ROMs?

I dont think so.
Even if there is a way, it might be very laborious, instead you could download the three-cd version if you have the resources.
