cpanel trouble

hello all i have just installed cpanel and had np untill i rebooted the box. now it goes through the checks then it stalls for a bit then i get the message

Code:

localhost login: /ect/rc5.d/s99local: line 84: /ect/rv.d/init.d/badmin: no such file or directory.

hay anyonr had this problem and if so what do i need to do to fix this thanks

i found out that cpanel does not support 10.0 but does support 9.2 strange
but that is the problem thanks for looking''
