can u use ur mic in mandrake 10.1 official using integrated AC'97 sound on card ABIt IS7E motherboard bcos i cannot use it in skype , in gnomemeeting, sound recorder
any help?
msalimane - can you give us more info? How do you have the mic attached? Is it a generic no-name mic or does it have instructions etc? Is the mike port turned on and turned up? Does your soundcard work? by which I mean is it giving any sound out?

i can play movies mp3s everything systems sounds startup sounds ,i get all the sounds out but i cannot record or use skype to voice chat , i'm having an integrated on board sound card AC'97 and i'm using a standard headset that works fine in windows , i check anything that is related to sound in the system but the mic and recorder cannot work also when configuring Gnome meeting it gives me an error that i'm having some problems with my sound system
i did almost everthing, full duplex ....
