Can not find kdm configuration file in 2009.1???

I am trying to figure out where the kdm configuration file is in 2009.1 so as to set up an xdmcp server. I have googled and LOCATEd for an hour and I can't figure it out. Any help would be appreciated.

Thank you

I apologize for wasting anyone's time

I apologize, as soon as I had posted I tried
code:
PHP Code:
locate kdm4
and it led me to /etc/alternatives/kdm4-config which was correct. I am actually posting this from the remote computer via an xdmcp login to my 2009.1 machine.

I might sound silly here, but I just have to say that this is SO COOL! I've switched over to linux (a month or so now) on all of my machines (built this one just to play with) and there is just something new and interesting to do daily. And the community is just AWESOME. I know that was off topic, but it's just neat and I am loving it.

That is why Open Source is popular.
It is nice to be able to look under the hood and make some mods.

/usr/share/config/kdm/kdmrc is apparently the same file as /etc/alternatives/kdm4-config? I was just poking aruond this morning and see that */kdmrc was modified when I modified */kdm4-config. I have a lot to learn.........

It is possible that one is a link to the other.

Run "ls -l" on both files
