Can't install flash 7 for x64 Mandriva 2007

Flash installer doesn't support x64. What I should to do if I want to use flash in firefox2.1 (interesting but older version of flash working with firefox 1.5.0.9)

You should search around a little bit before you ask question. This issue has been addressed at least a few hundred times on these forums. There is no 64-bit flash period. Not for Windows, not for Linux, not for Mac, not, not, not.

There is a FOSS program call Gnash that works for some Flash videos, but not all. I don't know whether or not it's available in Mandriva repositories.

A little reading that would be helpful:

There is a very simple solution -- no there is no 64bit flash.

Sooooooo, use a 32bit version of firefox and the 32bit version of flash use flash 9, you want to use flash 7 you will need to edit the installer script and remove the architecture check section. Doing it this way will also allow you to install the win32 codec's, a 32bit version of mplayer and the mplayer plugin to view any video online.
