Blacklisting
Howdy,
I have an Everex laptop with Mandriva 2008 installed and it works greats. However I would like to have my sound through my USB Headphones rather than speaker. When I ran Debian I just added my sound driver to blacklist and it would force the sound to my USB headphones. Now with Mandriva I added it to /etc/modprobe.d/blacklist-compat and the sound still goes to the speaker. So I not sure if this is really the blacklist file or not? Or how do I blacklist my audio driver? [root@localhost dad]# cat /proc/asound/cards 0 [VT82xx ]: HDA-Intel - HDA VIA VT82xx HDA VIA VT82xx at 0xc9100000 irq 23 1 [Headset ]: USB-Audio - Logitech USB Headset Logitech Logitech USB Headset at usb-0000:00:10.1-2, full speed Thanx :) |
