Azureus. Health=Red Smiley.
Azureus was working last week. I tested it and TCP is being forwarded but when I try to download anything I get the old red smiley. I can't connect to any trackers. I am not running a firewall on my host so why can't I connect to any trackers?

maybe the problem is with SuperNova ? you could use another site to make sure like torrentspy.com
The Red Smiley is mostly due to firewall , port forward problem . you could check your router configuration |

I have my router set up to forward port 6881 and the Azureus configuration wizard shows that TCP connections are working. I'll try another torrent site and see if it works. |
Nope, I can't connect to any tracker anywhere. I have checked and checked and read and read, I cannot figure out what the problem is.

I reset port forwarding, rebooted my router and modem and now I get "Cannot test this port. Port is already in use. Stop any torrent downloads and restart Asureus." The port is open, I'm not downloading anything. My router is setup right. I am not running a firewall on the system. What gives? Maybe I should try another client.

Could my ISP be blocking Bittorrent ports?

just 2 things:
-1 see if your ISP allocate you a limit of down/uploads... -2 i use Azereus every day and i can garanty that it works perfectly maybe the trackers of your files are down for any reason..... the suprnova site is down....they have create torrent clliente with their searchtracker thing... i guess that's all i´ve to say. cheers |
I tried several Bittorrent sites including Mandrake. I guess I just can't use Bittorrent.
