Anjuta install

I have been working away happily with 10.1.

the only thing that did not function were the epiphany and mozilla browsers which were updated by urpmi in order to accommodate aunjuta 1.2.2-1. Anjuta's rpm is a no-starter without the browser updates. Unfortunately, life without web browsers ain't pretty.

I disabled 'cooker' and restored the 2 browsers which work fine once more.

The only solution seems to be to download anjuta as a tarball and put the pieces together as i go.

Anybody been through this conundrum before?
