Exclamation Adding space to Linux partition

can this be done without having to delete everything ?

I have free space in a winxp partition, it's fat32.

I want to install America's Army under linux, but I don't have enough space in this partition.

since you're posting this under the Mandrake forum, i'm gonna assume you're using Mandrake. that being the case, you could use DiskDrake to resize your partitions. several ways to go about it........ Mandrake Control Center->mount points->diskdrake, or type diskdrake as root from terminal. you can change any partition on the fly except /(root) that way. the safest way though is booting from mdk cd1 & choosing the expert install method. that will take you to disk drake before any installation begins & you can change any partition (/(root) included) since nothing will be mounted yet. i've done it & it's a pretty nice tool, but it isn't fool proof so the usual warnings apply (back up anything you don't want to lose first, use at your own risk, blah, blah, etc.).
