Adding fedora into lilo

Hi,
I tired to add fedora into my LILO which was installed with 9.2, but when I mounted /mnt/fedora and tried to add /mnt/fedora/boot/vmlinuz, my gui said "The following error occured: mkinitrd failed at /usr/lib/libDrakX/bootloader.pm

Could anyone help me? I can't boot fedora at the moment :-(
I'll send you details if you tell mi what you need to help me solve this.
Thanks, Matej

Go into the mandrake control center and change your boot loader to Grub. I couldn't get lilo to cope with anything more than Mandrake and Windows. You can browse the documentation of GNU GRUB by "info grub" on your shell prompt. http://www.gnu.org/software/grub/man...ode/index.html might help too

Grub?

Well, I tried to change it, but the problem is than I have Fedora on a different drive and it is not mounted at the time when grub starts.

How can I load, for example, /mnt/fedora/boot/vmlinuz when the mounting process didn't start yet?

Solved!

Had to change the 'root' of that image... of course :-)
Thanks anyway, the Grub helped me!
