adding extra repositories?

How do I add back up urpmi repositories? I went to the site selected some different locations and tried to add them and it stated that I was duplicating. Is their a special code for backup repositories?

Give your extra repositories different names from the main ones e.g. "main_rutgers", "contrib_rutgers" etc.
