About Mandrake 10.0 download version

Hi

Where can I find in Mandrake 10.0 (download version) a tool for mounting drives? I mean hard drives not CDROM's?

Of course I can do it mysef with mount, but then I need to do it myself each time when pc is restarted - it's a bit stressful.

In Mandrake 9.2 there was a Mandrake control center and disk drives option, but in the new one I can't find.

Open up the control center, then go to hardware, from there select the desired hard drive and click on "run config tool".

Or, you can do it manually. Just edit the /etc/fstab file so it's mounted every time you boot up.

For example, a line from my fstab:

Code:
/dev/hdd5 /mnt/pumba ext3 defaults 0 0

Maybe it isn't installed properly?

Try launching "drakconf" from the command line.
Maybe your menus are botched? If so, try running "menudrake".
