2006 back to 2005LE?

I recently upgraded to 2006 from Mandriva 2005LE. Can I go back to 2005LE?

you'll probably have to do a re-install without formatting your home partition to avoid inconsistencies from newer kernel modules and the like.

Otherwise, you're just looking for(possibly) a whole lot of problems.

2006 Back to 2005LE

Thanks. I was afraid of that. 2005le is excellent but I wanted the new KDE. Now I see I can download it for 2005LE. 2006 has too many bugs for me.

Really? I haven't found any yet. Although I haven't really been pushing it hard.

Did u get it from the Mandriva club? If not then you have a beta/RC version as it hasn't be released to the public yet, so it'd be no surprise that it's buggy.

I've found a bit of bugs in 2006 also and have been tempted to downgrade back to 2005LE.
Just a heads-up: if you keep your $HOME/.kde your default KDE on 2005LE might not recognize some of the KDE options. Once you upgrade your KDE on 2005LE it shouldn't be a problem.
