[OS: Mandriva 2007.1]How to disable default sata_via module in OS install screen??

Hi all:

I have a VT8237A MB and build a patch "sata_via" driverdisk for it with OS Mandriva 2007.1.

When I install Mandriva 2007.1 with driverdisk(Please see the following installation step), the OS installer will load default sata_via first.

After loading patched sata_via driver, it will conflict with default sata_via driver and load failed.

Is there any parameter or method to disable load default sata_via module in OS install screen "Boot Options" tag??

Any help is appreciated.

Following is my install step:
1. Boot from Mandriva 2007.1 DVD
2. OS install screen appeared
3. Press "F3"->"F5"->"Driver"->Select "Yes"->Press "Enter" to continue install OS procedure
4. Choose "Fd0" to load patched sata_via module
5. System will show "Insmod fail" message

check out the file /etc/modprobe.preload

You may need to hunt around for a howto, but once you get rid of the default module, by

reconfiguring and recompiling your kernel, it should load at boot. Could be tricky.
