Issue Upgrading Libreoffice on Mageia 7

I'm having an upgrade issue on one of my Mageia boxes and hope someone can point me toward a solution.

I have two machines running Mageia 7. On one, a desktop (not that that makes a difference), I installed v. 7 fresh and have had no issues. (Well, no issues not of my own doing:))

The other, the laptop, was running v. 6 and I upgraded it to v. 7 via the online upgrade last December; the upgrade went quite smoothly. Within the past three weeks, though, I've encountered an issue in which LO does not upgrade.

Normally, I upgrade via the command line using urpmi, just because it's easier than mucking about with the GUI. I was able to work around the issue on the laptop and install the non-LO upgrades: I started the GUI upgrade routine and deselected all LO upgrades; the non-LO upgrades were implemented successfully. After that upgrade, the LO upgrades still do not install.

Here's the error code:

Code:

Note that I do not consider this a serious issue, as I hardly ever use office software these days and, when I do, it's often on different machine. But when I see a problem I like to solve it.

From what you showed, there seems to have happened some error during downloading of the LO-core rpm or the checksum. I'd thus suggest you delete this rpm and and checksum reload them.

as you have not posted as [solved] try the following as root

urpmi --clean

urpmi --auto-update

Thanks, Benmc.

I'll try that tomorrow.

Update:

urpmi --clean did the trick. Thanks.
